What our biscuits are
They're the Piedmontese biscuits of a grissini bakery: four biscuits made with butter and eggs, each with its own ingredient, hazelnuts in Granin Gentile, maize flour in Melighiotti, chestnut honey in Nettarini, vanilla in Vanillosi. We make them in Cambiano, just outside Turin.
‘Meliga’ is the Piedmontese name for maize flour: Melighiotti are our meliga biscuits.
The four biscuits
Granin Gentile – hazelnut biscuits
Chopped hazelnuts and hazelnut paste go into a dough made with butter and eggs. It goes well with a cup of tea or coffee.
Melighiotti – Italian cornmeal and lemon biscuits
This is our meliga biscuit (meliga is the Piedmontese name for maize flour), made with maize flour, butter, eggs and lemon zest. It's crumbly, for a cup of tea or an afternoon snack.
Nettarini – wholemeal biscuits with chestnut honey
Rustic biscuits made with wholemeal flour, butter, eggs and chestnut honey, which on its own makes up 15% of the recipe. They're crunchy, for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
Vanillosi – butter biscuits flavoured with vanilla
The dough contains butter, eggs, vanilla pod and natural vanilla flavouring. Crumbly and delicate, they're a classic of Italian biscuit-making.

Granin Gentile goes well with a cup of tea or coffee; Melighiotti are for tea or an afternoon snack; Nettarini are for breakfast or an afternoon snack; Vanillosi are a classic of Italian biscuit-making. Our sweet grissino, instead, is on the page Chocolate-covered grissini.

We deliver to addresses in Italy only, by GLS courier. Delivery costs €9.99 and is free on orders of €39.00 or more. The 2 kg box is delivered on a pallet, which costs €35.00 for the whole order and is free on orders of €150.00 or more. In the province of Turin, the standard rate applies to large boxes too. Biscuit allergens
Like all our products, our biscuits contain gluten. All four contain milk and eggs, because the dough is made with butter and eggs. Hazelnuts are only in Granin Gentile.
Granin Gentile, Nettarini and Vanillosi may contain traces of soybeans, sesame seeds and nuts, and Vanillosi also of mustard, because they are made in the same bakery as our other products. For Melighiotti, the label on the pack applies.

You can buy them in the online shop, with delivery to addresses in Italy only. Made by Grissinificio Feyles in Cambiano, just outside Turin. The Feyles shops are in Turin, at Piazza Castello 49, and in Cambiano, at Via Triberti 4.
