Cookies: only the essentials.

What stays on your device

The website remembers a few things, and it remembers them only in your browser:

• your basket, so that you do not lose it if you close the page and come back later;
• your delivery address and, if you ask for an invoice, the invoice details you have started to type, so that you do not have to type them again;
• the language you chose with the IT · EN · FR · ES selector, and whether you closed the notice that offers you the page in your browser's language, so that it does not appear again;
• if you sign in to your account, a technical cookie that keeps you signed in on that device for 30 days, or until you press ‘Sign out’.

These are technical storage items: they are there to make the shop and your account work, not to track you. Your basket and your delivery and invoice details reach us only when you confirm an order, and after a successful order they are deleted automatically. Pressing ‘Sign out’ in your account also deletes the address and invoice details remembered on that device (the basket stays). Everything is also deleted if you clear the site data in your browser settings.

When you pay

Payment takes place on a Stripe page, outside our website. There, Stripe uses its own technical cookies, which are necessary for payment security and fraud prevention, in accordance with its own privacy notice.

What we do not use

No profiling cookies, no advertising, no social media buttons that track you, no maps or videos loaded from other websites: the fonts, photos and videos you see are served by us. The links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are plain links: those websites only come into play if you open them.

If in future we add tools that require your consent, we will ask for it first, and this page will say so.
