Who this shop is for
The online shop is intended for people buying for themselves, for delivery in Italy. Restaurants, shops and other businesses have a separate price list and separate terms: please see the Wholesale page.
Prices and discounts
Prices are in euros and include VAT. The delivery charge is shown separately in the basket, before payment.
Discounts are applied automatically according to how much you spend: 5% off all goods when you spend €65.00 or more, 10% off all goods when you spend €100.00 or more. They do not apply to delivery. The price that applies is the one you see in the basket at the moment you pay.
How the contract is concluded
You choose the products, enter your address, check the total and pay. You do not need to register. The contract is concluded when the payment is successful: you will see the confirmation page and receive the payment receipt by email.
If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we will let you know straight away and you choose: wait for it, have it replaced or get a refund.
Payment
By card or with Satispay, through Stripe. You enter your card details on the secure page of Stripe: we do not see them and we do not store them. Your payment is taken at the time of the order.

Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract (your right of withdrawal, or right to cancel) within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, by writing to info@grissinificiofeyles.it: you can use the model withdrawal form provided for by the Italian Consumer Code or write to us in your own words; a clear statement is enough. The refund is made within 14 days of the goods being returned to us, using the same means of payment you used, and includes the original delivery charge at the standard rate.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed packs that have been opened after delivery, because they are foods that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer who withdraws.
Guarantee and complaints
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is faulty, wrong or has arrived broken, write to us with a photo: we will replace it or refund you. For any complaint, please use the contact details at the top of this page; we will reply to you personally.
Applicable law
These sales are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled. Personal data is processed as described on the Privacy notice page.
