Cornmeal and lemon.
This is our meliga biscuit (meliga is the Piedmontese name for maize flour), made with maize flour, butter, eggs and lemon zest. It's crumbly, for a cup of tea or an afternoon snack.
Made by Grissinificio Feyles in Cambiano, just outside Turin. The Feyles shops are in Turin, at Piazza Castello 49, and in Cambiano, at Via Triberti 4.
