The dough contains butter, eggs, vanilla pod and natural vanilla flavouring. Crumbly and delicate, they're a classic of Italian biscuit-making.
Made by Grissinificio Feyles in Cambiano, just outside Turin. The Feyles shops are in Turin, at Piazza Castello 49, and in Cambiano, at Via Triberti 4.
