Rustic biscuits made with wholemeal flour, butter, eggs and chestnut honey, which on its own makes up 15% of the recipe. They're crunchy, for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
Made by Grissinificio Feyles in Cambiano, just outside Turin. The Feyles shops are in Turin, at Piazza Castello 49, and in Cambiano, at Via Triberti 4.
