What Brichet are
Brichet are short, full-flavoured grissini for nibbling. The dough of all four contains soft wheat flour type 0, olive oil, malted wheat flour, sea salt and yeast, plus the ingredients each flavour is named after. We make them in Cambiano, just outside Turin.
They are not Rubatà, the traditional Piedmontese grissino (‘rubatà’ is Piedmontese for ‘rolled’): that one is on the page What are Rubatà grissini?.
The four Brichet flavours
Brichet Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino – garlic, oil and chilli
Moreish and crisp, for anyone who loves bold flavours. They're good with an aperitivo, or for nibbling during the day.
Brichet Cacio e Pepe – pecorino and black pepper
The crispness of the grissino, the taste of cheese and a hint of black pepper.
Brichet Cipolla – onion
The onion Brichet is one for an aperitivo, or for nibbling during the day.
Brichet Mediterraneo – tomato and Mediterranean flavour
They're seasoned with a mix of herbs and aromatics. They go well with cured meats and cheese, or with a glass of wine.

Brichet allergens
Like all our products, Brichet contain gluten. Milk is only in Brichet Cacio e Pepe, in the Pecorino Romano. Brichet Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino, Brichet Cipolla and Brichet Mediterraneo contain no ingredients of animal origin.
All four may contain traces of sesame seeds, soybeans, mustard and nuts, because they are made in the same bakery as our other products. The label of Brichet Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino also mentions sulphur dioxide: for that product, the label on the pack applies.
Where to buy Brichet
You can buy them in the online shop, with delivery to addresses in Italy only. Made by Grissinificio Feyles in Cambiano, just outside Turin. The Feyles shops are in Turin, at Piazza Castello 49, and in Cambiano, at Via Triberti 4.
